At LV Plantas, we prioritize customer satisfaction.

We appreciate your understanding that due to the nature of perishable products, all sales are considered final, both on our website and local orders. Our utmost priority is to provide high-quality products and ensure careful packaging for every order. However, we acknowledge that the shipping process can be unpredictable and potentially stressful for perishable and delicate items.

By purchasing on our website, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with the shipping process, including issues such as yellowing foliage, torn leaves, cold or heat damage, broken stems, foliage loss. We highly recommend thoroughly inspecting your order upon delivery for any signs of damage. If your order does arrive with any damage, please promptly notify us via email (details provided below) within 48-hours of the delivery.

To resolve the issue, please attach clear photographs of the damage. We will work closely with you to find a suitable resolution. However, if LV Plantas is not contacted within the specified timeframe, we can only guide the best care practices for the product.

To prevent exposure to adverse outdoor conditions, the customer must track and retrieve their order promptly upon delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any damage beyond 48-hours after delivery. Additionally, please note that we have no control over factors such as lighting, choice of planting medium, pot selection, watering practices, or airflow, and therefore, we cannot assume liability for damage resulting from circumstances beyond our control.
