Please be advised that all Plantas ship in LECA.
- Local pickup is available:
Fantastic Indoor Swap meet Location on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday - 10 am to 6 pm.
Kindly allow a 24-hour processing time for your order.
- Local delivery is available: (within a 15-mile radius of our shop)
We offer local delivery every Monday and Friday between 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM PST. To qualify for Monday delivery, please place your order by Sunday at 6:00 PM PST. Orders placed after the cutoff will be delivered on Friday. If you're located outside this area, please choose shipping at checkout. Please provide a valid phone number so we can confirm your delivery details.

- When will my order be shipped?
As a small, home-based business specializing in live plants, we take great care in preparing each order to ensure it arrives healthy and happy. While we strive to ship as quickly as possible, please allow 5 business days for processing. Orders placed after Sunday at 6:00 PM PST will be shipped the following Monday. Thank you for your patience and support!

Please be advised that Hot or Cold weather conditions may need extra attention.
HOT: We monitor hot temperatures and do our best to hold back on shipping when the temperatures can cause damage during transit.
COLD: We understand that shipping live plants during the summer heat can be a concern. To help protect your plants in transit, we offer cold packs during the warmer months. We highly recommend adding a cold pack to your order when temperatures in your area are high. This helps reduce heat stress and ensures your plants arrive healthy and happy.
If a heat or cold pack is not added to your order, LV Plantas cannot be held responsible for any weather-related damage that may occur during transit in extreme winter or summer conditions.
Happy Healthy Plant Arrival
It is our mission that your live plant arrives happy and healthy. Before shipping, we carefully inspect all plants to meet health and quality standards. We take our time and use unique packaging materials to ensure that orders containing live plants reach your door happily. Please ensure you are prepared to give your new plant the proper care it requires. It may take several weeks for your new plant to settle into its new environment and fully adapt from shipping. Leaf yellowing or loss can happen during this transition.
No matter how careful we are with our packaging, the shipping process can be rough in transit, and items can be damaged. If this issue arises, we will happily work with you to provide the appropriate solution.
Shipping Damage
Please examine the order upon arrival and photograph the package and item if shipping damage is apparent. Contact us at yatty@lvplantas.com so we can provide an immediate solution.
Lost Packages
On rare occasions, packages can get lost by the shipping carrier. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with the carriers on locating the parcel. If the carrier deems a package lost, we will provide a refund or store credit. The matter is time sensitive.
