Aglaonema, commonly known as Chinese Evergreen. They are popular as indoor ornamental plants due to their attractive foliage, adaptability to various light conditions, and relatively low maintenance requirements.

The leaf shapes can vary between species and cultivars, but they are usually lanceolate or oval-shaped. The leaf coloration is a defining feature, and it varies widely. Different cultivars exhibit various shades of green, silver, gray, and even red, with numerous patterns and variegation.

This species typically grow as compact, herbaceous plants. They usually reach a height of 1 to 3 feet. Aglaonema prefers bright, indirect light. They can tolerate lower light conditions but may not thrive or display their best coloration in such settings. Avoid exposing them to direct sunlight, as it can scorch their leaves and lead to damage.
