The ZZ Plant is known for its dark green, waxy leaves that grow in a symmetrical pattern. The leaves are smooth, oval-shaped, and have a glossy finish, which gives the plant a shiny appearance. Each leaflet is thick and fleshy, contributing to the plant's drought-tolerant nature. The foliage grows on sturdy, upright stems that can reach up to 2-3 feet (60-90 cm) in height.
